All sales are final. PlayFullScreen does not refund purchases to your credit card account. Viewing issues can occur causing your inability to view the game. Before purchasing any ticket or package we urge you to test your system. If your system has been able to play the test stream and after you have difficulty viewing a game, or if a game is canceled because of technical issues, you can request to have your Game Ticket credited back to your account by contacting us. Playfullscreen reviews each request on a case by case basis and if we find that the request is merited you will receive a credit to your account. Game Tickets are not credited for audio issues. Game Ticket credits must be requested and SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 hours of the conclusion of a live event.
INTERNET CONNECTIONS:
We ensure that our network, servers and distribution system are always functioning at optimal performance, however it is possible for an issues to occur that are beyond our control i.e., power fluctuations at the venue or upstream network issues from the venue to our servers. If this happens you might experience the loss of the live stream or intermittent buffering. Our outage policy is to resolve any of these issues within a time frame no longer than 8 minutes for a single occurrence or aggregate occurrences. No Game Ticket Credits will be issued if an individual incident is resolved within the outage policy.
What you should do if your stream is interrupted: Close your browser completely, then revisit the broadcast list, reselect your event and re-enter your ticket number. DO NOT PURCHASE OR REDEEM ANOTHER TICKET. You may need to repeat this process, however typically you should be able to keep trying to play the video by clicking the play button within the video player. We do not offer credit or refund if issue is audio related.
