System Requirements

To watch our Pay-Per-View broadcasts, please ensure your setup meets the following:

• Stream format & adaptive quality:
  Our primary stream is 1080p at ~4.5 Mbps. The server automatically transcodes to lower bitrates/resolutions (e.g., 720p/480p) to support users on slower or congested networks.
• Internet speed:
  • Recommended: At least 10 Mbps per viewer for smooth 1080p playback.
  • Minimum: 5 Mbps can work for 720p/1080p, but performance will vary.
  • If multiple people/devices are online in your home, total household bandwidth may need to be 50–60 Mbps or higher to avoid congestion.
• Operating systems:
  • Windows: Windows 10 or later (Windows 7 may work but is not recommended).
  • macOS: macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later (10.6.8 minimum, not recommended).
  • Mobile: iOS 13+ or Android 8+ recommended.
• Browsers:
  • Recommended: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
  • Safari notice (macOS/iOS): Some users experience playback issues in Safari due to browser compatibility limitations. If you encounter problems (stalling, no video, or audio-only), please try Chrome or Firefox as an alternative. Please ensure your browser is fully up to date.
• Devices & performance tips:
  • Desktop/Laptop: Modern dual-core CPU (Intel i3/Ryzen 3) and 4 GB+ RAM.
  • Mobile/Tablet: Recent devices (past 3–4 years) perform best.
  • Smart TVs: Built-in TV browsers are not fully supported. For best results, connect a computer via HDMI.
  • For stability, prefer a wired Ethernet connection. If using Wi-Fi, stay close to the router and minimize other heavy internet use (downloads, gaming, video calls).
